Friday, July 24, 2026 - Youth Hall
· Clean up Youth Hall, Set up Exhibit Areas
· 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Youth Hall Drop off at the State Fair Grounds – Manuel Lujan C
o Office Drop Off: No later than 12:00 pm on Friday
· 5:00 pm Judge Food Only
· Small Animal Annex
o Cage and Room Set-up
Saturday, July 25, 2026 - Dog Show/Small Animal Check-in
· Youth Hall – Manuel Lujan C
o 9:00 am: Judge all other exhibits.
· Animal Superintendents may clean/set-up Dairy Barn, Annex
· 8:00am -8:30am: Dog Show Check-in Dairy Barn
· 9:00 am: Dog Show
· 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Small Animal Check-in and move in Small Animal Annex
Sunday, July 26, 2026 - Large Animal Check-in
· 7:00 am -1:00 pm: Check-in Dairy Cattle, Cattle, Lambs, Swine, Goats
· 7:30 am-245 pm: Scale available for courtesy weigh ins prior to official weigh-ins
· 3:00 pm: MANDATORY Code of Conduct Meeting in the Dairy Barn
· 4:30 pm: All Large Animal Weigh-ins Start
o Goats
o Lambs
o Cattle
o Swine
Monday, July 27, 2026 - Small Animal Shows
**All showtime starts are approximate based upon entries and flow of show.
Times may be subject to change. The Small Animal Shows will be an ALL-DAY event.
· 8:00 am: Rabbit Conformation
· 8:00 am: Poultry Showmanship
· 9:00 am: Youth Hall Open
· 1:00 pm: Poultry Conformation
· 1:00 pm: Cavy Showmanship/Conformation,
· 1:30 pm: Rabbit Showmanship
· 4:00 pm: All other small animal with pet rock to follow
Tuesday, July 28, 2026 - Horse Show/Community Youth Day
· 9:00 am: Horse Show - ALL DAY
· 9:00 am- 2:00 pm: Community Youth Day - 4-H exploration day for youth and public (FREE FOOD for lunch)
